CEO & Founder
Dr. Michael Suk is an internationally respected orthopedic trauma surgeon, physician executive, and entrepreneur whose career uniquely spans clinical medicine, law, public health, and business. A former White House Fellow, he has served in senior national and organizational leadership roles across healthcare and physician advocacy.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Suk has led large, complex healthcare organizations, shaped national health policy, and advised boards, investors, and early-stage companies. He is the author of more than 100 publications, holds over 25 issued patents, and has built and supported multiple successful ventures at the intersection of medicine, innovation, and leadership.
Equally central to his work is mentorship. Dr. Suk has trained and advised hundreds of medical students, residents, fellows, and practicing physicians, many of whom now serve as leaders in academic medicine, health systems, and industry. MDEnvoy reflects his long-standing commitment to helping physicians navigate their careers with clarity, confidence, and trusted guidance across every stage of professional life.

Leigh Steinberg
Co-Founder
Leigh Steinberg is a pioneering sports agent, entrepreneur, and best-selling author, widely recognized for redefining athlete representation and building athletes into enduring, stand-alone brands. He is also the founder of the Leigh Steinberg Foundation and is often credited as the real-life inspiration for the Oscar-winning film Jerry Maguire.
Over the course of his career, Leigh has represented many of the most successful athletes and coaches across football, basketball, baseball, hockey, boxing, and golf—including the number one overall pick in the NFL Draft an unprecedented eight times, with 62 total first-round selections. With a record of landmark contracts, he has secured more than $4 billion in compensation for over 300 professional athletes and directed more than $750 million toward charitable causes worldwide.
Leigh views MDEnvoy as the natural extension of the principles that defined the early arc of his career: restoring agency, negotiating power, and long-term vision to elite professionals operating within complex systems. Scott E. Shapiro, MD
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Scott Shapiro is a board-certified noninvasive cardiologist and physician executive with nearly two decades of experience in clinical practice, healthcare operations, and physician advocacy. He has practiced in a large private cardiology group in suburban Philadelphia since 2006. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami.
Dr. Shapiro has spent more than two decades working in physician advocacy and is the founder of a national physician-led staffing and recruiting company that has supported physicians throughout their careers and lives for more than 21 years.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Atria Health and is Chair-Elect of Curi Holdings. His prior leadership includes serving as the youngest President in the history of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, Past Chair of Curi Insurance Company, and President of the Montgomery County Medical Society.
Brooke Buckley, MD, MBA
Dr. Brooke Buckley is a board-certified general surgeon, physician executive, and lifestyle medicine innovator whose work bridges behavioral science, coaching methodology, and system-level strategy. At MDEnvoy, she serves as Chief Strategy Officer, leading enterprise strategy, clinical innovation, and physician-centered product development.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Buckley has focused on operational redesign, workforce optimization, and system-level quality improvement, advising organizations on how to better support physician performance and sustainability. Her work centers on reimagining the physician–employer relationship and advancing agency, leadership, and long-term fulfillment for modern clinicians.
Dr. Buckley’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to helping physicians navigate complex healthcare environments with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through MDEnvoy, she is shaping scalable solutions that align professional well-being with organizational performance and durable system outcomes.
Kristen Marsh
President, MDEnvoy Client Solutions
Kristen Marsh is an accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, business, and luxury sectors. Her career has focused on empowering high-performing physicians and professionals while delivering best-in-class solutions at scale. She has held senior leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Physician and Provider Relations executive within Fortune 100 healthcare systems, including HCA, where she advanced physician experience, retention, and systemwide performance.
Over the course of her career, Kristen has led initiatives across medical staffing, recruiting, business development, operations, and award-winning marketing. She has developed strategic partnerships and practical “playbooks” that help physicians navigate career decisions and life transitions with greater clarity and efficiency. Her work has included national media campaigns across ABC, Fox, and HGTV, promotion of concussion education initiatives nationwide, and collaborations with organizations and leaders such as Emmitt Smith, Varsity Cheerleading, SMU, and Baylor University.
Kristen’s leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to supporting physicians across medicine, business, and lifestyle. Recognized with multiple MVP, President’s Club, and innovation honors, she brings an operator’s discipline and a builder’s mindset to MDEnvoy—advancing its mission to champion physicians with the same strategic advocacy, insight, and care long afforded to elite professionals.
President, MDEnvoy Talent Acquisition
Dennis McLoughlin is an accomplished healthcare executive and commercial leader with more than three decades of experience spanning life sciences, healthcare services, and talent solutions. He currently serves as President of MDEnvoy Talent Acquisition and is the Principal and President of Braveheart HLTH Partners.
Over the course of his career, Dennis has held senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the healthcare industry. From 2013 to 2024, he served in multiple executive roles at Pacira BioSciences, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Senior Vice President of Alliance Management, and leadership positions in sales and consulting—playing a central role in scaling commercial strategy and customer engagement. Prior to Pacira, he was President of Remedy Group, a healthcare outsourcing and solutions company, from 2003 to 2014, serving major clients such as Novartis Diagnostics, Pfizer, and MedImmune. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline from 1990 to 2001, earning multiple awards, and at Organon from 2001 to 2003.
Dennis currently serves on the boards of BioTraceIT and Oligo Medic and holds multiple advisory board and industry consulting positions. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
Dennis’s leadership is grounded in a commitment to building trusted relationships, developing high-performing teams, and aligning talent with mission-driven organizations. His extensive experience in healthcare commercialization, partnerships, and executive leadership directly supports MDEnvoy’s mission to deliver sophisticated, physician-centered talent advisory and representation.

Madison Scheiner is an experienced client services and operations leader with a background in education leadership and organizational strategy. She holds a master’s degree in Education Administration from The Ohio State University, where she developed a strong foundation in systems management, communication, and team coordination.
Over the course of her career, Madison has served in roles focused on policy development, organizational governance, and professional development execution. She has participated on district-level committees responsible for shaping policy and guiding key decisions, while also leading the planning and delivery of professional development initiatives supporting diverse stakeholder groups.
Madison is known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to support individuals in high-stakes environments. At MDEnvoy, she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to client services—ensuring physicians and partners experience clarity, responsiveness, and trusted support across every engagement.
Matthew Egbert
Strategic Advisor, Technology Enablement
Matthew Egbert is a technology and operations advisor with experience supporting startups and mid-sized organizations across manufacturing, healthcare, and service-driven sectors. He studied at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and has built a versatile career at the intersection of marketing, operations, and product development.
Over the course of his career, Matthew has worked across advertising, marketing strategy, operations management, and product design. He has helped organizations develop effective advertising campaigns, streamline operational workflows, and translate ideas into market-ready products, supporting initiatives from early concept through execution.
Now working independently, Matthew partners with organizations to bring clarity, efficiency, and strategic direction to their marketing, operational, and product development efforts. At MDEnvoy, his advisory role in technology enablement supports the development of scalable, integrated solutions that strengthen the platform’s ability to serve physicians with precision, reliability, and forward-looking design.
